What is the difference between home healthcare and just home care?

YES, a big legal difference!   Home health care is a Medicare service, must be provided under Medical orders, supervised by a Registered Nurse, even the nurses aides have to have a license!   Home care is an unlicensed service which in many states limits what the home care workers can do (such as some states, home care workers cannot touch your family member, even to clean them up if they soil themselves!)
